Training Professionals Now Have Their MOOC!

Like everyone else, and perhaps even more so, trainers must update their knowledge to transmit it in the best and most adapted way possible.

Moreover, target audiences often misunderstand the term "professionalization." Usually already employed, beneficiaries of professionalizing actions already define themselves as professionals, hence a certain mistrust of "professionalization," which suggests amateurism.

This is why this online training course -MOOC- aims to define this term as "a search for stronger continuous adaptability of individuals and the expression of new requirements about work," aiming to shape a new model for the professional.

IPERIA contributed its expertise and knowledge in defining the content and its themes and constructing the pedagogical orientations and structures, involving three of its areas of expertise: research, multimedia pedagogy, and engineering.

IPERIA collaborated with the University of Rouen-Normandy, Cafoc Normandy -Academic Center for Continuing Education- and Greta -Group of Public Educational Institutions- of the Rouen Academy to create this MOOC for professionals. Its title, "Professionalizing in training," addresses three requirements: understanding what professionalization means, identifying its forms, and developing a critical analysis of its strengths and limitations.
