Because employment-training policies are developed within territories and jobs in the individual employment and domestic work sector are primarily local, we've chosen to position our teams close to these challenges. They knit and maintain ongoing relationships with institutional stakeholders and our network of training providers. Reducing unemployment rates, supporting home care, developing shared childminding facilities, breaking elderly isolation, easing families' daily lives... we understand these realities and needs, enabling us to support each of our partners and stakeholders.

Supporting CPNEFP's Institutional Policy

As a key partner, we support the Joint National Committee for Employment and Professional Training (CPNEFP) in developing its professionalization policy. We regularly organize policy meetings between its representatives and institutional stakeholders to promote exchanges, initiate territorial actions, and strengthen collaboration. We also facilitate the signing of partnership agreements.

Meet and engage institutional stakeholders

Our territories and sector face major recruitment challenges: increasing retirement rates and growing home care needs for those losing autonomy. It is by investing in skills development and career path recognition for (future) professionals that we will ensure optimal support quality for individual employers while promoting sustainable employment.

We maintain close collaboration with political stakeholders responsible for employment and training at national and regional levels, including: regional and departmental councils, metropolitan authorities, ministries (DGEFP, DGCS), Parliament, and municipalities.

Through our ongoing dialogue and consultation in which our institutional relations department participates, we gain comprehensive insights into territorial needs, enabling us to:

Build long-term partnership
with institutional bodies through agreements that commit us over the long term
Conduct territorial studies

Organize events
to showcase and report on our work

These initiatives secure innovative project partnerships and regular inclusion in Regional Training Programs (PRF), concretely supporting sector attractiveness and professionalization of current and future employees.

Strong and Productive Partnerships

The French job market is facing significant challenges, with a high unemployment rate and groups disconnected from the job market struggling to find their place. Our sector, through an expanding professional pathway, offers them opportunities for professional integration. Our tailored professionalization and support help individuals acquire valuable skills and secure stable and fulfilling jobs.

Regional authorities regularly support us through partnership agreements to test new certifications, develop innovative pathways, launch initiatives like the Lab Migration for Domestic Work, and RAVie, and create accelerated pathways for rapid job integration.

We also carry out information and communication initiatives about professions and the benefits of professionalization, targeting institutional stakeholders dedicated to employment, training, and career guidance: France Travail, regional economic, employment, labor and solidarity Departments (DREETS), regional health agencies, Carif-Oref network, local missions, Cap Emploi, Career Information Centers (CIO).

Supporting the branch's active policy for job seekers, we promote Collective Operational Preparation for Employment (POEC) with local business OPCO and France Travail. This program facilitates job seeker integration through certification training.

Le saviez-vous

In 2023, we established two new France Travail partnerships supporting domestic work and addressing individual employer needs in Hauts-de-France and Ile-de-France. Our local teams for institutional relations and development are committed to:

  • Organizing webinars
  • Facilitating group information sessions
  • Liaising with France Travail advisors
  • Providing a dedicated communication toolkit

This creates synergy between France Travail and IPERIA's 360° professionalization efforts, guiding job seekers toward our sector. To this end, the Sector-specific Career Guidance and Development Consulting (COEPS) must enable "joint support from France Travail with the sector."

Operational Engagement with Stakeholders

Our department responsible for course development and professionalization works closely with key stakeholders: Family Allowance Funds (CAF), Maternal and Child Protection (PMI), early childhood networks, regional disability centers, gerontology centers, departmental family-child/autonomy units, agency organizations, and social intervention organizations.

Through regular meetings, presenting our certifications, information sessions, and providing tools, we as local partners work closely with stakeholders to raise awareness and promote our sector's professionalization, and build a robust network.

Every day, we leverage our branch-accredited training provider network, to deliver professional development programs, seize regional project opportunities, implement agreements, and oversee personal carer centers (RAVie).
