We believe that certification is the key pathway to skills recognition and is vital to our sector's future. That's why we've developed our certification authorization process as more than just a regulatory requirement - it represents a true partnership with our network of training providers, based on mutual commitment.
As of 2009, we have implemented a certification approval for training organizations in our network. Well before the law of September 5, 2018, we were already actively supporting and guiding training providers through the certification process. This law gave certifying bodies the ability to work with a network of authorized partners who could prepare candidates for certification and/or conduct assessments on their behalf. This is precisely the operating model we chose to adopt in the sector as we are not a training provider. This law inspired us to raise our standards even higher, while maintaining our commitment to supporting our network for the benefit of current and future employees.
We therefore authorize training providers who are committed to delivering certification programs. It is based on specifications established by our quality experts, in compliance with rules set by France Compétences.
The network currently includes:
Once authorized, accredited training providers, can deliver training programs and support services, and/or conduct assessments for:
Going beyond basic regulatory requirements, we've developed an authorization approach based on mutual partnership, building on our previous accreditation system.
to continuously improve guidance for training providers through certification - a key element in professionalizing the individual employment and domestic work sector.
Professional certification plays a vital role in enhancing career pathways, making the profession more attractive and improving employee retention. The sector's National Collective Agreement recognizes this value by offering a 4-5% increase in minimum wage for employees who hold IPERIA qualifications, depending on their job classification.
We've transformed our certification authorization process into an effective support system across all territories. Our team of specialists in occupational framework development, professional certifications, and development work day in, and day out to maintain this momentum by:

The certification process follows a clear five-step pathway that addresses all certification requirements.
Our quality labeling department oversees the certification accreditation process, collaborating with our professional teams who are involved at every stage. The collaborative day, which takes place prior to any provisional authorization, is a key moment. It enables training providers to:
Typically, this is followed by a period for adaptation, along with customized additional support tailored to address the specific regional challenges facing each training provider. Reviews conducted by all stakeholders help ensure ongoing achievement of the objectives set out in the authorization specifications.
