National Home Employment Congress on July 8 in Marseille
The individual employment and domestic work sector is organizing its annual national congress on July 8 in Marseille.

This event will help to frame commitments towards 2030 in light of demographic challenges and the need to make our professions more attractive, given that more than 700,000 positions will need to be filled in the next ten years. This key moment will also allow the sector to contribute to public debate in the upcoming presidential election campaign.

Beyond the guidelines for envisioning economic, inclusive, and responsible migration, which will be the common thread of this congress, sector stakeholders will highlight apprenticeship as a driver for attracting young people. This will be done notably by signing a joint establishment agreement, a necessary step to materialize social partners' commitment and define the framework for effective operational implementation in 2022.

Given the health situation limiting physical capacity in Marseille, remote attendance will be possible through live streaming, thanks to a digital setup and dedicated internet link, to enable maximum participation in the 2021 Congress.
