IPERIA launches a call for services regarding mechanisms promoting intra- and inter-sectoral bridges.
This tender falls within the framework of the Employment and Skills Development Commitment (EDEC), targeting the scope of Aging Care and Autonomy professions. This EDEC is one of the key measures of the Government's National Mobilization Plan for the attractiveness of Aging Care professions (October 2019).
This call for proposals falls under the axis 3 of this EDEC and must address future needs for supporting loss of autonomy and dependency.
Through this action, the aims are to:
- Better understand professional pathways and mobility to identify mobility areas with greater precision and particularly to identify sectors outside of health, social, and medico-social sectors that enable complementary activity.
- Facilitate access to professions that support loss of autonomy for elderly and/or disabled persons in the sector and strengthen the attractiveness of these professions for new audiences outside of the health, social, and medico-social sectors.
- Provide better visibility on possibilities for intra- or inter-sectoral career advancement to increase employee retention in the individual employment and domestic work sectors in these professions.
Consultancy proposals are expected until Monday, May 13 at 12:00 noon by email: ao@iperia.eu
