National Early Childhood Week continues until March 26, 2022, with the theme "(re)discoveries." This event, organized by the public interest association Agir pour la Petite Enfance, spotlights early childhood professionals and works to build bridges with families. For this ninth edition, all collective and individual childcare facilities across the territory are invited to participate in a week centered around play and new pedagogies.
For nearly three decades, IPERIA has dedicated itself to promoting childcare provider and childminder professions, making its ongoing participation in this event a natural extension of its mission.
For this edition, the 405,225 early childhood professionals in the professional branch of individual employment and domestic work* are invited to use their skills acquired over the years through training and/or professional experience, to offer children a workshop on the theme of "(re)discoveries."
From March 21 to 28, as part of a national competition organized on our Facebook page, IPERIA, the goal is to help each child create a "treasure box": imagine, make, and/or decorate together a box designed to hold their future discoveries. This is an artistic, sensory, and playful developmental activity!
This year, we call upon two domestic work professionalization ambassadors, Brigitte and Kaitty, childminders and childcare providers, respectively. They have been recognized for over twenty years in their profession, have obtained certification attesting to their skills, and regularly undertake training. As confirmed, committed professionals proud of their occupation will select their favorite at the end of the activity.
