The PRODOME project (PROfessionalising DOMEstic Housekeepers in Europe) held its launch meeting on November 29 and 30, 2016.
The partners shared information on the situation of family assistants in their respective countries: France, Spain, and Italy. The main points discussed were training, certification, and professionalization in general.
They also took this opportunity to organize the initial project tasks, particularly those leading to the development of the studies "State of play of domestic employees in Europe: family assistants and associated professional profiles in Europe" and "European Curriculum for family assistants."
