On February 13, 14, and 15, IPERIA l'Institut participated in an educational project for the youth of the SAM Football Club.
For 17 years, this structure, certified as a "football school" by the French Federation, has been professionalizing. It welcomes young people and helps them develop and reach their highest potential.
To help them progress under the best conditions, a 3-day training camp was organized during the February holidays. This outing was structured around two key events:
- Two days of training at the Soligny la Trappe stadium.
- A discovery day with a visit to the stadium, training centre, and Stade Malherbe de Caen youth academy.
This type of event is a driving force in the sporting development of young football players and is essential for strengthening group cohesion and team values.
Professionalization is an essential motivating force for development in sports, as in the domestic work sector. IPERIA l'Institut saw itself reflected in this spirit of determination and commitment. The organization identified with the values upheld by this club and supported this event by contributing to implementing this training camp.
