IPERIA Invests in Research on Domestic Work in Val-de-Loire Through a Three-Year Partnership Agreement
On December 18 in Orléans, the Public Interest Group Alfa Centre-Val-de-Loire (GIP) concluded a partnership with IPERIA to collaborate on providing figures, data, and statistical analysis on the domestic work sector.
This is the first time a partnership has been launched in Centre Val-de-Loire to assess employees' training needs and individual employers' employment needs in the territory. IPERIA is therefore tasked with developing, monitoring, and synthesizing data to inform the work of ORFE—the Regional Employment Training Observatory—the Regional Council, and the Direccte through this unprecedented collaboration. IPERIA will also work with the Regional Directorate for Enterprise, Consumer Affairs, Labor and Employment, and FEPEM—the Federation of Individual Employers in France to achieve this.

This work aims to collect adjusted projections regarding professionalization needs and inform all employment-training partners in the territory.

The signing of this agreement demonstrates how IPERIA works toward recognizing domestic occupations as full-fledged professions requiring specific skills and commits to making these jobs a legitimate professional sector recognized as such.
