On 6 December 2016, IPERIA l'Institut was invited to participate in the expert panel on in-home support and digital skills organized by the European Commission's DG CONNECT.
IPERIA l'Institut presented its expertise in training and certification for family employment.
The European FP7 Carer+ project (2012-2015) was highlighted. Its implementation enabled research into the digital skills of personal carers.
This project is an example of collaboration resulting in tools, including specific digital skills training, which was tested in five member states (France, Italy, Spain, Latvia, and Romania).
