
The Marseille Faculty of Medicine hosted the 30th GRAL congress on January 26, 27, and 28. Since 1986, GRAL has worked to bring together structures and expertise related to disease and related syndromes.
This year, the Alzheimer's Disease Research Group colloquium addressed the theme "Cingulum and Neurodegenerative Diseases". Every year, it brought together the best specialists to advance research and training on Alzheimer's disease.
Beyond scientific communications, Congress integrated societal issues into its section, which was aimed at the general public. Lionel VALERI, the elected official in charge of health (on the municipal council of La Ciotat), welcomed the speakers, who discussed the challenges of Caregivers.In this capacity, Baptiste LENFANT, Managing Director of IPERIA l'Institut, spoke to present existing professionalization programmes and those currently being tested for this audience.
