The PACA region and the two professional branches of domestic work and family employment are launching an ambitious program to support the momentum of these occupations in employment.
The Provence-Alpes Côte d'Azur region and its two branches, the professional branch of individual employer employees and the professional branch of childcare providers, signed an agreement last March to substantially develop employment and training in these professions. The deal concerns the sector's four occupations: childcare provider, childminder, family assistant, and personal carer.
The initial observation is simple: By 2030, 60,000 employee needs and 17,000 childcare providers alone have been identified in the region (figures from IRCEM).The primary objective is, therefore, to support the tremendous development of these occupations in perfect cohesion with the training policy conducted jointly by the branches. To this end, the PACA region commits to conducting comprehensive training plans and maintaining regular communication with the branches to monitor initiated actions.
For 25 years, IPERIA has supported the branches in implementing their sector professionalization policy. It is, therefore, natural that IPERIA confirms its commitment alongside them and in the PACA region, thanks to this new partnership.
