New training organizations receive IPERIA certification
IPERIA, as the sector's national professionalization platform, relies on a network of partners authorized to train candidates. A few weeks ago, new training organizations officially joined our network. Alongside partners already working with us, they will now contribute to professionalization in our sector.

A dynamic network serving (future) employees

Since 1997, IPERIA has built a network of partner training organizations. Their mission is to deploy the professionalization of professions in the individual employment and domestic work sector across metropolitan France and overseas departments. The IPERIA certification give them access to: the branch's priority training offer, tools and services to acquire visibility among future employees (networks, websites, communication materials, etc.), pedagogical support (dedicated advisor, resources, etc.) through our partner, the UDD, and, finally, development support through analysis of territorial needs and a dedicated advisor.

Today, this network consists of 219 certified organizations that have passed committee reviews and delivered the training offer, and 168 accredited organizations that have taken an additional step and can offer the certification program. These are our essential partners for supporting (future) employees and structuring actors for the individual employment and domestic work sector. Some have been with us for years, and others have just joined the network, eager to seize the development opportunities offered by the sector. We welcome them and thank them for helping us professionalize (future) employees to meet the challenge of 800,000 jobs to be filled in the sector by 2030: GRETA CFA of Maine, MEDEO Foundation, and ITES. We also thank the Locminé Formation, which is already certified.

The integration pathway, a first step

These organizations participated in an integration pathway led by our Development advisors for professionalization offers and programs. This pathway is mandatory for new organizations or those renewing their certification. It consists of an initial remote meeting, which is necessary to discover and understand our sector of activity (partners, professions, history).

The second phase is a day of in-person discussions (our photo), when new organizations can obtain detailed information about the professionalization offer and the terms of our partnership.

Following these two steps, organizations can deploy the branch's priority training offer (modular pathways). They can also participate in the day of accreditation (in person in Paris or remotely) to be able to offer the certification program (qualifications, skill blocks and certificates).
