EDECs are implemented by professional or interprofessional organizations within a contract signed with the State to anticipate and support the evolution of jobs and qualifications.
- Autonomy EDEC
In March 2014, ministers Michel Sapin, Najat Vallaud-Belkacem, Sylvia Pinel, and Michèle Delaunay signed it with representatives of the professional branch of individual employment and domestic work.
Within this framework, IPERIA Institute was chosen by the State and AGEFOS PME to carry out an innovative action to support individual employers with loss of autonomy or disabilities in their communication and management approaches with employees.
This led to the creation of a training application called CadreDeVie. It is available on digital tablets (Apple or Android) or the internet (http://cadredevie.iperia.eu). Starting in January 2017, an experimental version will be widely distributed.
At the end of the training, thanks to communication techniques and adapted tools, the individual employer will be able to understand themselves as employers and know how to establish a good human relationship with their domestic employee(s).
- Early Childhood EDEC
Signed by Minister François Rebsamen and Secretary of State Laurence Rossignol and the representatives of the Branches of childcare providers and domestic employees in February 2015.
As the certifying body for the sector for the Branches' "Childcare provider/Childminder" Professional qualification, IPERIA was designated by the State and AGEFOS PME as the only actor capable of successfully carrying out the following two actions:
- The restructuring of the Branch professional qualification into skill blocks
- The experimentation of the professionalization contract for the professional qualification
Both will be completed in 2016.It should be noted that IPERIA also supports the Professional Branches within the framework of territorial agreements (ADEC) and operates in Hauts-de-France, Occitanie, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Grand Est, and PACA.
