Mireille Abadie is the Certification Delegate at IPERIA. Each year, she awards "Dependency Personal Carer," "Family Assistant," or "Childcare Provider/Childminder" qualifications to dozens of candidates, mainly through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
